British comedy superstar JIMMY CARR will storm Sofia with his brand new stand up comedy show FUNNY BUSINESS on 03.04.2016.

Carr has hosted Channel 4 game shows Distraction and Your Face or Mine? He has also presented the 100s series of programmes for Channel 4 and hosted many more. He has many appearances in TV and radio shows.

Carr does stand-up tours continuously over the course of the year, taking only five weeks off between them. In 2003 he sold out an entire month’s performances of hisEdinburgh Festival show Charm Offensive by the second day of the festival, and received 5-star reviews from four major newspapers. In 2004 he performed sold out solo shows at Dublin’s Vicar Street, Leicester’s Comedy Festival, Glasgow Festival, Kilkenny Cat Laughs and the Galway Festival along with appearances at the Bloomsbury Theatre where he filmed his first live DVD. He also appeared at the EICC during the Edinburgh Festival in August 2005 with his Off The Telly show. Later on in the year, in late November, he released his second DVD “Jimmy Carr: Stand Up”. He has released seven DVDs now and has  published a book entitled The Naked Jape: Uncovering the Hidden World of Jokes on the history and theory of joke-telling.

The stand up comedian has recieved 3 LAFTA Awards – 2 for best stand up and one for the funniest man, Best Live Stand Up in British Comedy Awards, Rose D’Or Nomination – Best Game Show, ‘Distraction’ and many more.

Over 1.5 million people have now seen Jimmy perform live and his new tour has seen him play over 200 dates around the United Kingdom between April 2014 and November 2015. Now it’s OUR TURN folks!
